What it costs

Free for 3 months at launch
When BuyersMarket launches, Premium is free for everyone for the first 3 months. You don't need to enter a card.

A founding price for early members
Everyone who uses BuyersMarket during those 3 months can keep Premium at J$199 a month or J$1,990 a year for as long as they stay subscribed.

After that
Premium is J$299 a month, or J$2,990 a year (17% less than paying monthly).

How to get Premium

Subscribe in the iPhone or Android app. Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, so we never see your card.

Go to your Profile and tap Upgrade to Premium.

Confirm with your App Store or Google Play account.

Use it everywhere
Sign in to the web app with the same account and Premium is already on. There is no separate web subscription.

Earn Premium with points

Every price you share, receipt you scan or barcode you add earns points. From launch, swap them for Premium on your Rewards page.

Questions about Premium

How do I cancel?

Cancel in the store you subscribed from. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BuyersMarket. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BuyersMarket. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens to my things if I cancel?

You go back to the free plan. Your lists, alerts, points and history are kept, and Penny's overnight jobs stop. Upgrade again any time and they pick up where you left them.

Is Penny really unlimited?

Yes, within fair use. In the rare month someone asks far more than any shopper normally would, Penny answers up to 30 questions a day until the month ends.

I paid but the app still says Free.

Close and reopen the app, and make sure you are signed in to the same BuyersMarket account you subscribed with. If it still says Free after an hour, email save@buyersmarket.app with the email on your account (never your password).

Can I pay in Jamaican dollars?

The App Store and Google Play charge in the currency your store account uses, at their own prices for your country, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the J$ prices here.
